I just signed up but I am lost. Where is step 1? Haha! The videos on nutrition all seem out of order or like I’m jumping into a group that has already started the process and I’m watching something somewhere in the middle. Is there an outline of where to start and with what work outs?? And where do I start on all the nutrition stuff? Lots of info and videos available, but very confusing.
Hi Stephanie! Thanks for joining! Currently we are on day 2 of Relentless Remix workout schedule. You will receive an email each Sunday outlining the workouts for the week (Monday-Sunday). The nutrition section was created to go along with a 3 month program and pdf that was started in April 2020, so those videos are a bit confusing as a stand-alone at the moment, but the complete series will be re-filmed this winter when Christmas returns from Big Brother 22. If you join the Facebook group Christmas Abbott (Rebel Fit), some of the Rebels in there can help set you up with the previous pdf file and are great at answering nutritional questions.
